At ProEdge Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Digital or customized products/services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
